Proctor Massage is for sale!

Correction - it's free!

(This turnkey business is free, only if you take over my lease for $400.00 per month.)

(Or you can sub-lease the space and all equipment from me for $500.00 per month.  Heat, electric, water/sewer, trash, and internet access included.  2 fully equipped treatment rooms, washer/dryer, linens, and reception desk.)

Proctor Massage is a 5 year old business.  I’ve just had back surgery, and cannot go back to massage for a living.

If you are already good at giving backrubs, I will register you with the state and teach you how I run my business.
